Step-by-Step: Your First Loyalty Card
1) Open the Onboarding Wizard
Click Get Started on the intro screen.
If you don’t see it, enter your email to receive a link that opens the same wizard.
2) Business Basics
Business name: as you want it to appear on the Wallet card.
Location: allows the card to surface when customers are at your store (helpful at checkout).
Logo:300 × 300 px (required). PNG with transparent background works best.
Brand color: background color of the card. If unsure, use white for a clean look.
Tip: Test your logo on both light and dark device modes. High-contrast marks look best.
3) Choose Your Card Type
Pick what fits your program today (you can create more later):
Stamp Card – e.g., “Buy 5 coffees, get 1 free.”
Choose a template (e.g., Coffee).
Select stamps required (e.g., 5). The reward stamp appears as a golden icon on the final one.
Coupon / Free Gift – single-use promos or launch offers to grow installs.
Points / Dollar Value / Membership – for more flexible programs (if enabled on your account).
Why start with stamp cards? They’re familiar to staff/customers and super fast to roll out.
4) Configure Your Signup Page
What customers see after scanning your QR:
Title, description, and visuals (pre-filled from your last step—edit anytime).
Fields to collect:
Name (recommended)
Email (recommended so you can communicate)
Phone (optional)
Save and continue.
Good practice: Offer a small incentive (e.g., “Free welcome stamp today”) to boost add-rates.
5) Publish & Share
The wizard shows your QR code and signup link.
Test it: pull out your phone, scan the QR, and add the card to your Wallet.
Share it: print the QR for your counter, add the link to receipts, menus, or your website/Instagram Link-in-bio.
