• We offer a 14‑day free trial; no setup fee if you sign up within 24 hours of offer.
• After trial, subscription fees apply as published.
• Payments processed securely; you must keep billing info current.
• No refunds for partial billing cycles except where required by law.

6. License Grant
Company grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute must be submitted to the courts of Brisbane.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
