Loyaltecards: 5-Minute Intro & Setup Guide (with Demo)

What Loyaltecards Does (in one breath)

Put your loyalty program, coupons, and gift cards into Apple & Google Wallet—no app required. Customers add your card via QR/NFC/link, and you can stamp visits, capture emails/phones, and (on Pro) send lock-screen notifications to bring them back.

Perfect for: cafés, bakeries, restaurants, salons/barbers, food trucks, gyms/studios, and local retail.

This is what you get with Loyaltecards

  • No app to install for you or your customers
  • Live in ~5 minutes with an onboarding wizard
  • Scan to stamp (universal scanner works on any device)
  • Grow your list (collect name, email, optional phone)
  • Pro plan ($39/mo): send promotions/announcements as $0 notifications to all card holders

Quick Start (Watch → Create → Share)

  1. Watch the 5-min demo (video above).
  2. Open the onboarding wizard.
    • Didn’t see the intro screen? Enter your email; we’ll send a link that jumps straight into the wizard.
  3. Create your first card (stamp, coupon, gift, or points).
  4. Print the QR / share the link at the counter.
  5. Scan to stamp with the universal scanner.

Step-by-Step: Your First Loyalty Card

1) Open the Onboarding Wizard

  • Click Get Started on the intro screen.
  • If you don’t see it, enter your email to receive a link that opens the same wizard.

2) Business Basics

  • Business name: as you want it to appear on the Wallet card.
  • Location: allows the card to surface when customers are at your store (helpful at checkout).
  • Logo: 300 × 300 px (required). PNG with transparent background works best.
  • Brand color: background color of the card. If unsure, use white for a clean look.

Tip: Test your logo on both light and dark device modes. High-contrast marks look best.

3) Choose Your Card Type

Pick what fits your program today (you can create more later):

  • Stamp Card – e.g., “Buy 5 coffees, get 1 free.”
    • Choose a template (e.g., Coffee).
    • Select stamps required (e.g., 5). The reward stamp appears as a golden icon on the final one.
  • Coupon / Free Gift – single-use promos or launch offers to grow installs.
  • Points / Dollar Value / Membership – for more flexible programs (if enabled on your account).

Why start with stamp cards? They’re familiar to staff/customers and super fast to roll out.

4) Configure Your Signup Page

What customers see after scanning your QR:

  • Title, description, and visuals (pre-filled from your last step—edit anytime).
  • Fields to collect:
    • Name (recommended)
    • Email (recommended so you can communicate)
    • Phone (optional)
  • Save and continue.

Good practice: Offer a small incentive (e.g., “Free welcome stamp today”) to boost add-rates.

5) Publish & Share

  • The wizard shows your QR code and signup link.
  • Test it: pull out your phone, scan the QR, and add the card to your Wallet.
  • Share it: print the QR for your counter, add the link to receipts, menus, or your website/Instagram Link-in-bio.
